Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social sciences, development studies, or related field;
• At least 10 years of professional experience;
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and community participation;
• Demonstrated experience in training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the assignment;
• Coordinate the work of the consulting team;
• Conduct the training needs assessment;
• Design the overall training curriculum;
• Lead the community engagement training module;
• Ensure quality of deliverables and reports.
