SBC Programme Manager

MAGENTA is seeking an experienced SBC Programme Manager to lead the design and implementation of social and behavioural change programmes across multiple regions.

Location: Amman, Nairobi, Mexico City, or Bangkok (flexible, with approximately 30% travel)

Contract Type: Consultancy (full-time equivalent)  
Duration: 12 months, renewable  
Remuneration: USD 250/day (up to 220 days per year)

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end implementation of SBC programmes
• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery
• Drive business development and identify new opportunities
• Oversee project teams, partners, and service providers

Requirements:
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in international development
• Strong background in SBC, communications, or behavioural science
• Proven experience managing projects and teams
• Excellent English required; Arabic, French, or Spanish an advantage
