Master or equivalent in management, project management, economics, or similar area.
At least 15–20 years of experience in leading the design and implementation of large-scale capacity-building programs for MSMEs, including strategic oversight of digital training platforms,
Proven experience with in-person and digital training program implementation; previous experience in SSA preferred; experience in Mozambique is an advantage
curriculum design, and coordination of wrap-around services (e.g., mentorship and advisory).
Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, report to international development partners, and align with government priorities. Proven experience engaging with diverse stakeholders, including public institutions, private sector actors, and development agencies, to ensure coordinated and context-relevant program delivery.
Demonstrated experience in ensuring sustainability and institutional capacity building, including knowledge transfer to government counterparts and platform or program handover processes.
Experience in SSA preferred; experience in Mozambique is an advantage
