MAIN PURPOSE

Lead the TIC incubator project which aims to effectively improve Culture of Caring (CoC) at project level through interventions in 3 pilot projects that lead to a demonstrated change in people, interactions and practice.

This includes overall steering of the project, expert content development, training and mentoring as well as overseeing analysis and production of external publication.
