Education:
Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Transport Law, Business Administration, Economics or Engineering with a focus on transport laws, policies and institutions, concession models, PPP agreements, road finance or other relevant discipline.
Professional Experience:
• At least 7 years in road policy analysis, road transport regulation reforms, and/or transport investment planning and implementation; such experience in the region is an asset.
• At least 5 years of experience in law formulation for highways and expressways, PPPs & concession agreements
• At least active participation in 3 projects covering regulatory & institutional arrangements in the road sector, including private sector engagement and highway operators.
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and writing skills in English.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and expectations.
