2. Communication Expert
Role: Leads the development and operationalization of the communication strategy and ensures coherence across all activities and outputs.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft the detailed communication plan (target audiences, messages, channels, timeline)
- Define key messages and storytelling approach
- Develop editorial calendar and content guidelines
- Ensure consistency across communication tools and activities
- Support monitoring of implementation and adjust strategy as needed
Qualifications and experience :
- University degree in communication, journalism, marketing, public relations, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in communication strategy development and implementation.
- Proven experience designing communication plans, messaging frameworks, and awareness campaigns.
- Strong editorial and storytelling skills.
- Experience in development, infrastructure, environmental, or public sector projects is an asset.
- Excellent written and spoken English required.
