Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for product repair, testing and maintenance to ensure functionality.
• 2. Able to read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and analyze faults based on these diagrams.
• 3. Proficient in using soldering iron and other repair tools to solder and replace motherboard hardware.
• 4. Communicate with customers and technical team to address aftersales technical issues.
• 5. Maintain detailed service logs and reports.
• 6. Coordinate with the engineering team for system checks and upgrades.
• 7. Familiar with the Installation of both on-grid and off-grid solar installation
  
  Requirements/Qualifications
• 1. Graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering or any course in related field.
• 2. Minimum 1 years practical experience as a Maintenance Technician in a solar company.
• 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 4. Willing to do on-site/field works.
• 5. Excellent time management, Communication and customer relationship management skill.
• 6. Familiar with electric circuit faults
