Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience managing organic and paid digital campaigns. • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and digital analytics tools. • Experience in youth targeting, lead generation, conversion, and applicant mobilisation. • Ability to develop editorial calendars and optimise campaigns based on performance data. • Excellent command of Arabic; professional proficiency in English is required.
