Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Communication, Marketing Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, including at least 3 years monitoring communication campaigns. • Experience defining output, outcome, and impact indicators, conducting perception surveys, and designing pre-/post-campaign polls. • Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio, Meta Analytics, or equivalent tools. • Experience preparing reports for international donors. • Excellent analytical and report-writing skills in English.
