• Output 1 strengthens the capacities and competences of selected public labour market service providers to pilot new labour market initiatives for disadvantaged women.
• Output 2 cooperates with civil society organisations to ensure that disadvantaged women in rural rooms benefit from gender-responsive labour market services to improve their employability.
• Output 3 initiates gender-transformative changes in the perception of women's participation in vocational training and employment in parts of Kosovan society.

EXPERT PROFILE

We are looking for a Social and Behaviour Change Research and Monitoring Expert with experience in project management, SBC, data collection, monitoring and international development cooperation.

Academic Background

Master’s degree or equivalent in Communication Science or a related field.

Professional Experience

At least 1 year of professional experience in project management.

Specific Experience

At least 1 year of professional experience in Social and Behaviour Change (SBC).

At least 1 year of professional experience in a country context different from the candidate’s home country.

At least 1 year of professional experience in development cooperation.

Languages

English at C1 level or higher.
