MEL Expert for Communication/ Framework public services contract for “Communication for Development (C4D) services

•Experience designing and applying participatory monitoring and evaluation frameworks specifically for communication or behaviour change programmes, including KAP surveys and outcome measurement. (4 points) •Demonstrated experience documenting communication results and producing knowledge products — case studies, learning reports, capitalization outputs — for development programmes. (4 points) •Experience supporting adaptive management through real-time data collection and learning reviews within long-term programme frameworks. (4 points)
