Director of Collaborating, Learning and Adapting (CLA)/Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), Timor-Leste
ACDI/VOCA is seeking a Director of CLA/MEL for an anticipated agriculture program in Timor-Leste funded by USAID.
The Director of CLA/MEL will co-develop and facilitate learning workshops with M&E and technical leads, engaging partners in identifying evidence-based ways to adapt and scale interventions. S/he will design and manage the M&E and CLA plan and learning agenda on technical and management processes. They will supervise the M&E, KM, and reporting functions to systematically generate, synthesize, share, and apply learning, effective, and adaptive management. They will also lead the cultural transformation measurement initiatives under each component and the joint work with subcontractors and with USAID to implement a strategic collaboration strategy between the different USAID programs. In close collaboration with the internal communications team and with the USAID communications office, they will better portray the joint impact of the cross-cutting gender line in the portfolio. The program is anticipated to start in late 2021 and this position is envisioned to be based in Dili, Timor-Leste.
