Senior Intellectual Property/Patent Expert

The Intellectual Property/Patent Expert will be generally responsible for preparing Procedures, Certification and Legislative Frameworks for Operating OPINA; delivering Legal Assistance, Patent Management and Financial Management for OPINA Project; assisting to Preparation of Training Modules and Documents and ensuring support to Training Start Ups and SME's for Software Development, Hardware Use, and Mentoring for Technological Entrepreneurship.

Qualifications and skills for the expert

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Master’s Degree in Law will be an asset
• Excellent command of Turkish (reading, writing, speaking);
• Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking) will be an asset.

General professional experience for the expert

• Minimum 7 years of general professional experience

Specific professional experience for the expert

• Experience in patent procedures, processes and patenting both for local and international markets
• Experience in EU-funded projects will be an asset
• Solid knowledge of intellectual property law, copyright law and/or patent law
