What you will do:
- You will be responsible for providing support to a variety of tenders, studies, and to the Evaluation Department overall. This will mainly consist of:
- Business development
- Coordinating tender processes, preparing references, etc.
- Building consulting teams with in-house and freelance experts
- Market follow-up and prospects
- Project management
- Liaising with freelance experts and clients, and coordinating in-house support
- Managing project logistics, administration, and budget
- Supporting preparation of deliverables
- Data and financial analysis
- Knowledge management
Who we are looking for:
Must have:
- Master’s degree preferably in Management or related matters
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel and financial and data analysis skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and French
- Dynamic, fast, team player, good communicator, assertive
- Multitasker, flexible, quick learner, loving challenges, and able to work with tight deadlines
- EU nationality or work permit
Nice to have:
- Interest in evaluation, development cooperation or humanitarian aid
- Experience in developing countries (work or travel)
- Other languages e.g., Dutch, Spanish, Arabic
- Editing and graphical skills
