What you will do:

• You will be responsible for providing support to a variety of tenders, studies, and to the Evaluation Department overall. This will mainly consist of:
• Business development
• Coordinating tender processes, preparing references, etc.
• Building consulting teams with in-house and freelance experts
• Market follow-up and prospects
• Project management
• Liaising with freelance experts and clients, and coordinating in-house support
• Managing project logistics, administration, and budget
• Supporting preparation of deliverables
• Data and financial analysis
• Knowledge management

Who we are looking for:

Must have: 

• Master’s degree preferably in Management or related matters
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel and financial and data analysis skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French
• Dynamic, fast, team player, good communicator, assertive
• Multitasker, flexible, quick learner, loving challenges, and able to work with tight deadlines
• EU nationality or work permit

Nice to have:

• Interest in evaluation, development cooperation or humanitarian aid
• Experience in developing countries (work or travel)
• Other languages e.g., Dutch, Spanish, Arabic
• Editing and graphical skills
