The Business Intelligence and Recruitment for International Development seminar will be held at 11 am on 22 February 2017 at the office of British Expertise International, located at 23 Grafton Street in London’s Mayfair, near to Berkeley Square Gardens.
The seminar will consist of a live demonstration of DevelopmentAid’s online platform, where stakeholders in the development sector can publish and consult information about donor tenders, jobs, organisations and individual experts operating in the international development sector. The seminar will present a unique opportunity for companies, NGOs and individuals interested in working in, or currently involved with, the field of international development, also known as Official Development Assistance, humanitarian aid, foreign aid or development aid.
As the world’s leading provider of international aid information services, DevelopmentAid works with companies, NGOs and individuals, helping them identify business opportunities announced through tenders, create bids for development projects and help in the recruitment of specialised experts working in the field. This enables them to deliver value for money on goods and services for donor organisations and countries that fund development programmes around the world.
The Business Intelligence and Recruitment for International Development seminar will be led by DevelopmentAid’s Irina Baltag, Country Representative for the UK market, and Mariana Uzun, Senior Business Development Manager. The seminar will begin with a presentation by Ms Uzun on using business intelligence tools, followed by a presentation from Ms Baltag on the recruitment tools and services available on DevelopmentAid’s online platform.
Attendance is free of charge for members of British Expertise and costs £150 plus VAT for non-members. It is expected to last around two hours and refreshments will be provided. Advance registration is required.
