7th World Congress (7WC) in Rural and Agricultural Finance aims at bringing APRACA, AFRACA, ALIDE, CICA, and NENARACA member institutions and all interested development sector partners together to discuss the topics that define the future of the flow of finance to the rural and agricultural sector and to bring a powerful message to the worldwide policymaking community.
Morelia is located to the west of the Mexican Republic and has an International Airport (MLM) that receives flights from Mexico City and the country´s main cities, as well as flights from Dallas, Houston, Chicago, and Los Angeles, among others. The weather in Morelia during November and December includes temperatures ranging from 3°C in the mornings to a maximum of 23°C in the afternoons/nights.
