The World Health Summit Regional Meeting 2023 will be held in partnership with the Annual Conference of the Consortium of Universities for Global Health (CUGH) CUGH 2023 and the Global Innovation Forum organized by the Association of Academic Health Centers International (AAHCI). Hosted by the US-based members of the M8 Alliance, the academic backbone of the World Health Summit, this collaboration strives to join forces for global health and create a unique opportunity for knowledge exchange and partnership building.
The conjunction between global health and development will be a further focus, as the World Bank Group’s spring meeting 2023 takes place during the same time in Washington DC. Under the theme of ‘Bridging the Science to Policy Gap for Global Health’ the World Health Summit Regional Meeting 2023 will highlight the essential role of evidence-based science in the development of global health policy.
