The EU prioritises apprentice mobility, supporting it through multiple initiatives, such as Erasmus+ and Erasmus Pro; EURES; European Qualifications Framework; and ALMA. Despite that, employers, providers of vocational education and training, and apprentices are still facing hurdles in this area.
To support EAfA members and interested stakeholders in tackling these challenges, the Alliance is launching a new toolkit on apprentice mobility. The toolkit is the first of a series of EAfA toolkits on key topics relevant to quality apprenticeships.
The EAfA webinar will bring together European Commission officials, experts, industry stakeholders, companies, intermediary bodies and apprentices’ representatives to discuss mobility, present the new EAfA toolkit and explore how it can support organisations and apprentices in engaging in mobility opportunities.
