Through this course, participants will enhance their capacity to formulate proposals for actions that can be easily monitored and evaluated. Get practical tips and step-by-step guidance to develop adequate tools starting from the proposal stage.
Be able to formulate good log frames with relevant and measurable indicators as a basis for the monitoring plans. Participants will learn more about how to collect, analyze, and use data to make sure the action is on track and achieves the expected results, feeding – at the same time – the organization’s reporting, communication, and learning processes. Finally, will discover the different types of M&E exercises and know how to prepare relevant Terms of References.
