This course explores advanced topics in leadership as it pertains to change management in dynamic healthcare environments found in low- and middle-income countries.
It introduces participants to concepts of leadership and change management, including principles of emotional intelligence and conflict management. Participants learn about culture-sensitive issues of leadership and decision-making and the role of leadership in the context of corruption and health policy.
The course aims to equip future organizational leaders with the skills necessary to assess, plan, and implement organizational change in complex and uncertain conditions within the context of global health.
