CV screening

Do you manage multiple projects and receive an overwhelming number of applications for every vacancy you advertise? Share all those CVs with us and forget worrying about them. We will screen and evaluate the resumes and diligently complete the assessment grids based on the specific job descriptions. The candidates that match the best will have the highest ranking.

The process is quick, taking roughly 2-3 working days.

CV shortlist

Have you identified some candidates for a role but feel somehow dissatisfied and still open to more options? Let us headhunt more professionals for you. We will screen all the profiles, tailor their CVs to your job description and present a shortlist of three or four alternative candidates. The selection of candidates will be based on their CVs.

This process takes about 10 working days.

Talent Hire

Talent Hire is a recruitment service that is suitable for any type of role. Delegate most of the stages of the recruitment process to DRS and receive the CVs of between four and six highly qualified candidates, supported by a compliance analysis, to quickly understand the key points rather than waste time on analyzing resumes. For a shortlist of a maximum of six CVs, we usually screen about 20 candidates. This also includes candidate phone interviews.

We can also assess their language skills, and personality (at your request). The only recruitment stage you will be involved in is the final evaluation to choose the candidate that you are ready to hire.

This process takes 20+ working days.

Executive Search

Executive Search service is an end-to-end recruitment solution for high-level executive roles.

This service is similar to Talent Hire so we will also guide you hand in hand until the moment you select one (of a maximum of 10) of the shortlisted candidates and sign a contract with them. Upon request, we can also help you to arrange the final interviews and assist you with these, undertake reference checks and psychometric tests, and finally we can collect all the required work certificates.
