This training is for anyone working in relief, humanitarian, or development contexts who is involved with project planning or with an active role in M&E, data collection, analysis, or reporting. This training integrates the Results-Based Management philosophy and principles, enabling to consistently deliver positive, measurable change that meets the expectations of the stakeholders and donors. Participants will also master the Logical Framework Approach, a key methodology in project design, Monitoring, and Evaluation for relief, humanitarian, and community development initiatives.
Participants will learn a step-by-step process for project design and M&E planning that will support delivering impactful project results.
