The Global Forum, jointly organized by the OECD and the IEA, aims to promote dialogue and enhance understanding among various countries on key issues relevant to the international climate change negotiations and implementation of the Paris Agreement.
The sessions in this Global Forum will focus on the next round of nationally determined contributions (NDCs) and elements related to the new collective quantified goal (NCQG) on climate finance. The sessions on the NCQG are jointly organized with the Finance for Climate Action (FCA) team in the OECD’s Environment Directorate. There will also be discussions on relevant recent OECD and IEA work.
