The first Global Gateway Investment Forum organised in Gabon intends to present the Global Gateway approach, as an EU transformational strategy, to public and private sectors, donors, DFIs, banks, and all potentially interested stakeholders.
The Forum will examine the challenges and opportunities associated with mobilizing capital, as well as the initiatives and policies in place to encourage private and public investment in the Gabonese context. It will also help to identify investment priorities in the country and the sub-region and take advantage of the tools developed by the EU as part of its Global Gateway strategy.
After a plenary session, the Forum will offer 3 parallel sessions dedicated to:
- Resilient infrastructure and business climate: catalysts for investment
- Access to finance
- Green investment: financing the ecological transition
