The course covers globally recognized management and leadership theories, tools, and techniques and adapts them to the needs, putting each one into practice. 

Participants will get to network and learn with others in the development sector, and exercise new knowledge and skills on topics including influence, motivation, and power analysis. Will leave the training course with a clear plan on how to apply what participants have learned – directly to the work.

The MiRo Psychometric tool was developed by occupational psychologists in conjunction with business professionals. It was created to give people a quick and accessible assessment with straight forward and easy-to-understand results. One of its other advantages is that the MiRo tool has been specifically designed to act as a bridge between all the most important psychometrics on the market such as MBTI, DISC, Insights, Belbin, and so on. This means that whatever psychometric may have been used in the past, people will be able to make the link to their MiRo results, creating a single language that can be easily used back in the workplace.

Individuals, teams, and managers gain insights into behavior, motivations, communication, and relationships, making better decisions and dealing with change and personnel more effectively. Reports are written in plain English and are designed specifically to be used in the workplace. Participants don’t need to be a psychologists or have read any difficult books to understand them or to get the most from using them.

MiRo also uses maps and graphs that can help and has many resources and tools available for users to help them integrate the learning that they gain into their working practices and behaviors. MiRo was designed to make a difference and to give what participants need in an easy to use package so that they can then get on with their job.
