11th Energy Infrastructure Forum

📅 2 – 3 June 2025
Copenhagen, Denmark

The annual Energy Infrastructure Forum is organised by the European Commission in cooperation with the Danish Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities.

It gathers representatives of the EU institutions, transmission system operators, project promoters, regulators, energy companies, NGOs, and the financing community to discuss the challenges of accelerating the deployment of Europe’s energy infrastructure, which will enable the achievement other EU’s decarbonisation targets.

The Energy Infrastructure Forum was set up in 2015 as part of the energy union strategy, which aims to remove technical and regulatory barriers to energy flowing freely across the EU, to discuss major issues relating to infrastructure and EU energy policy.

It brings together all stakeholders with an interest in these issues, including representatives of EU countries, transmission system operators (TSOs), national energy regulatory authorities, project promoters, the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity (ENTSO-E), the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Gas (ENTSOG), the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) and the European Investment Bank (EIB), as well as the European Parliament, European Committee of the Regions, European Economic and Social Committee, and NGOs.
