Following three successful editions in Cairo (2018 and 2023) and Durban (2021), IATF 2025 – the fourth investment forum will be held in Algiers, Algeria under the theme “Building Bridges for a Successful AfCFTA.”

The Fair will convene African and global leaders, senior government officials and economic development experts, private sector actors, investors, industrialists, and development partners.

The African Development Bank is a key partner and sponsor of IATF 2025. As a member of the IATF Advisory Council, the Bank will showcase initiatives aligned with its “Industrialize Africa” and “Integrate Africa” High 5 priorities.

IATF 2025 will feature :

  • Over 2,000 business enterprises, investment agencies and national economic development leaders
  • 35,000 participants, including commercial enterprises, public and private sector executives
  • Delegates from 75 participating countries
  • Sectoral exhibitions in trade, infrastructure, agri-business, health, creative industries, youth entrepreneurship, automotive, finance, and ICT
  • Dedicated forums such as the Trade and Investment Forum, Creative Africa Nexus (CANEX), Africa Automotive Show, Youth Start-Up Pavilion, and the IATF Virtual Platform
  • More than USD 44 billion in trade and investment deals are expected to be closed during the 7-day fair.

The Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF) was established as a strategic platform to facilitate the implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). It aims to drive regional integration by promoting economic development initiatives through trade and investment among African countries, connecting over 1.2 billion people in a single market with a combined GDP of over USD 3.4 trillion.

Industrialists, investors, and economic development agents with bankable projects are invited to connect with the African Development Bank’s investment officers at the Bank’s pavilion. This is an opportunity to explore potential financial and technical support from both public and private sector channels.
