In today’s increasingly competitive international development landscape, winning contracts and securing funding require more than a good idea. With recent cuts to Official Development Assistance (ODA), organizations must submit proposals that are strategic, persuasive, and clearly aligned with donor priorities.

Successful bids demonstrate not only technical excellence, but also strong value for money (VfM), measurable impact, and realistic budgets. However, many bidders struggle to balance innovative, technical solutions with financial constraints while still meeting donor compliance requirements.

DevelopmentAid, in collaboration with The Equator Company, invites NGOs, advisory firms, proposal writers, and individual development professionals to join the webinar “Bid to Win: Perfecting Your Technical and Financial Proposals”, which will take place on Thursday, June 25, at 4 pm (Brussels) / 10 am (Washington, DC).

Key Takeaways:

  • Master proposal structures, evaluation criteria, and strategic budgeting;
  • Find out the common mistakes that lead to proposal rejection and how to avoid them;
  • Gain practical insights to make your bid stand out in a crowded market;
  • Get your burning questions answered live by our expert speaker.
