With the interest of the community at heart, Afghans are improving their lives through a collaborative approach that is helping improve agriculture, provide drinking water, and generate clean and sustainable electricity through hydropower.
The program is supported by the Citizens’ Charter Project, which builds on the success of its predecessor, the National Solidarity Program, which implemented 80,000 rural development projects through 35,000 community development councils.
