This online survey will help identify and prioritize the key pain points or needs of patients and health care providers in facilitating the diagnosis of key diseases. The outcomes of the assessment are intended to help accelerate patient access to quality diagnosis and will inform investment in this space. Any personal data collected will be stored securely in accordance with FIND and EIC’s data policy and will not be shared with any other organisations.
