Yerevan, Armenia – International financial institutions and representatives of worldwide development agencies will meet for the International Cooperation and Development Forum to discuss upcoming business opportunities in the Caucasus region. The event will take place at DoubleTree by Hilton Yerevan City Centre Hotel on November 20th, 2017. Register to Event

The event aims at creating a unique platform for financial institutions, government representatives, consultancy firms, sectorial organizations, NGOs, academic institutions and other main stakeholders to meet, share expertise and expand their knowledge in the development sphere.

“Armenia represents a significant potential in the Caucasian region in spite of the painful process of economic, political and social transformation the country went through after the collapse of the Soviet Union. This potential is recognised by development assistance from the external partners such as the European Commission, USAID, Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, etc. in the fields of good governance, civil engineering, education, health, agriculture, energy and other.” says Sergiu Casu, the director of Business Development at DevelopmentAid.

Thus, the goal of the forum is to identify the most efficient approaches towards cooperation with international financial institutions while showcasing relevant funding opportunities. Furthermore, participants will be given the opportunity to learn about available online resources as a way of approaching innovative business development. The expected outcome of the event is to create a network of the biggest makers and stakeholders in international development through building up progressive dialogue between speakers and participants.

“We do believe that DevelopmentAid Forum can unite local, transcaucasian and international stakeholders in one place while highlighting Armenia on the international development map.” Sergiu Casu.
