Catalyzing Impact Through Smarter Resource Mobilization

Securing the right resources at the right time can mean the difference between a project that struggles and one that truly thrives. Strategic Resource Mobilization (SRM) is more than just traditional fundraising, it is a proactive approach to securing both financial and non-financial resources that enable organizations to grow sustainably and maximize their impact. By combining strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building, SRM helps organizations to shift from short-term funding cycles to stable, diversified support and stronger partnerships.
DevelopmentAid, in collaboration with Dr. Emmanuel Sakala, a senior Strategic Resource Mobilization and fundraising expert, invites NGOs, foundations, consultancies, and individual experts to join the live webinar, “Catalyzing Impact Through Smarter Resource Mobilization”, which will take place on February 19 at 4 pm (Brussels) / 10 am (Washington, DC).
During this practical and interactive session, Dr. Sakala will unpack how Strategic Resource Mobilization can improve organizational performance, discuss the importance of smart partnerships, and advise how to avoid the common pitfalls that can limit growth.
