Description of Contract: Development of local socio-economic development strategies and organizational development plans, and provision of training and advisory support to organizational development planning in 7 amalgamated communities of the Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts of Ukraine
 Lot 1 «Development of local socio-economic development strategies in 7 Amalgamated Territorial Hromadas (ATHs) of the Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts of Ukraine»;
 Lot 2   «Elaboration of organizational development plans of management bodies in 7 Amalgamated Territorial Hromadas (ATHs) of the Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts of Ukraine»;
 Lot 3 «provision of training and advisory support to organizational development planning for management bodies 7 Amalgamated Territorial Hromadas (ATHs) of the Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts of Ukraine».
The main goal the current assignment is the design and support the development of planning documents for 7
amalgamated communities or Amalgamated Territorial Hromadas (ATHs) of the Lugansk and Donetsk regions, the project has planned: 1) development of no more than 7 strategies for local socio-economic development (not excluding the possibility of update of existing strategies instead of creating entirely new documents for the respective ATHs), 2) design of organizational development plans for the management bodies of 7 ATHs; and 3) provision of training and advisory support to organizational development planning process (2 training topics for each of the 7 ATHs) on the issues of Improving and Implementing procedures, systems and processes of community
management.
