RNT(Electricity National Transport Company) is the public authority responsible for the Energy Services market development and in charge of the national/regional Electrical Power supply.

Under this assignment, we provided Technical Assistance to RNT through Consulting, Supervision and Monitoring of “Rehabilitation, Expansion and Modernization of Cazenga Power Substation”.

The project targeted a 220/60/15 kV Power Substation in Luanda province.

The services provided in permanent Technical Assistance to RNTwere:

• Advice to the Director of the project (RNT) in the overall coordination of the project;
• Supervision and monitoring of works, both in administrative component and in quality control;
• Monitoring of tests and equipment reception on factory;
• Implementing engineering, with issuance of analysis and opinions on changes to the initial draft of the works and installations;
• Commissioning tests and inspections.

The experts team responsible for the technical assistance services included an Electrical Engineer (long-term), a Civil Works Technician (long-term) and an Electrical Technician (long-term).
