Title: Programming Effectively Against Conflict and Extremism (PEACE)
Description: The PEACE IQC will build upon eight years of innovative field programming and technical innovation in the field of conflict management and mitigation. It will support DCHA/CMM‘s key functions of improved knowledge generation and management and integrating that knowledge into creative, responsive and effective field programs for USAID Missions around the world. As an office of technical and intellectual leadership, DCHA/CMM will ensure that all USAID organizational entities, including field missions, regional bureaus, and other central bureaus have ready access to a broad array of services for effective conflict programming. Contractors are expected to provide the range of support and services described below in a timely and efficient manner.
Task orders under this IQC may require work to be performed in the following areas and their related subcomponents.
1) Analytical Services2
a. Conflict Assessment
b. Conflict Program Evaluation
2) Training
3) Knowledge Generation, Dissemination and Management
4) Field Program Implementation.
