Description:

Second part of the study on the effectiveness of new labelling and packaging options for tobacco products.

The overall aim of this study was to test in experimental settings the effectiveness of a set of 32 Combined Warnings  associated to 8 of the 14 new Textual Warnings  for Tobacco products. The findings of the experiment were analysed to provide a ranking of the relative effectiveness of CWs within each associated TW with respect to a set of response variables including both behavioural and self-reported measures. In order to pursue this objective an online experiment designed as a Randomised Control Trial was conducted during the month of January 2014.
