Description

The purpose of the present works contract aims to construct a fully operational new Pre-Trial Detention Centre in the district of Berat, Albania, and the connection with the main networks of power, water supply, telephone, sewage system, etc, in order to be immediately in use by the Beneficiary.
The facility is foreseen to accommodate 100 male, juvenile and female pre-detainees. The entire developed area is around 1.3 ha. The gross floor space of the buildings is around 7.000 m2.
The supply for equipment and furniture will be tendered separately.
