Description: MTBS was hired by the World Bank to perform a market study, conduct a PPP analysis and prepare a financial model for the new container terminal of Walvis Bay. The deliverable was a report including the market study, a volume projection, PPP advice, financial feasability under different scenarios. The report and findings were presented to the various stakeholders including Ministry of Works & Transport, Ministry of Public Enterprises, Namport, World Bank and others.
