Description: The World Bank has hired MTBS to support the Government of Somaliland to evaluate and advise on an unsolicited proposal received for the port of Berbera. Main objective was to assess the quality and attractiveness of the proposal and provide recommendations for way forward. Main services included are market assessment, business case evaluation, PPP structuring and recommendations on possible negotiation strategy.
