Title: Pilot Study to collect more robust accident data for Sierra Leone

Description: The main objective of the study is to establish a framework for an efficient RTC data collection system on LVRs in Sierra Leone on a pilot basis which shall contain relevant accident data resource to aid the identification and understanding of the scale of road safety problem towards the implementation of strategic interventions for the reduction of RTCs on such roads.
The specific objectives are to set up a methodology for RTC data collection using sample data on a pilot basis with relevant attributes and related protocols for the management of road safety on LVRs in Sierra Leone; Develop and implement an electronic data management system for RTC data storage, analysis and retrieval for LVRs in Sierra Leone.
