Revenue Generation Strategies for Developing Regional States (DRS) in Ethiopia

Narrative description of Project:

The objective of this consultancy is to develop strategies for strengthening local revenue systems, generation and management capacities of DRS (Developing Regional States) to mobilize revenue to finance development programs.

Description of actual services provided by our firm within the assignment:

In this consulting task BDS-CDR has undertaken the following activities to address the main objective of the assignment

• Preparation of an inception report with the revised background, methodological approach, survey /data collection instruments, work plan and time schedule of the project under study.
• Conducting a desk review of key documents obtained
• Conducting a review of international best practices on standards for teachers
• Set benchmark indicators
• Conducting validation workshop.
