Description

Scope of Contract:

(a) Develop, appraise, and document a package of Eligible Investment Projects in Rwanda with a total package value of $3-5 million;

(b) Design a capacity building program which addresses key barriers to implementation of the investment package. The consultant will need to take into account lessons learnt from GVEP-I’s existing capacity building programme in East Africa through the DEEP programme and identify and build on potential synergies.
