Provision of project and contract management services and technical advice to ESB Generation & Wholesale Markets at various power plants throughout Ireland during implementation of various projects.
Description of actual services provided by your staff within the assignment:

• Implement a consistent Work Management Process for all hydro and thermal units
• Implement an Asset Management and risk based investment process
• Develop the Targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Develop a roadmap, project structure, resourcing plans and delivery schedules for each plant
• Monitoring and support the asset and work management improvement project in each location.
• Implementation of New Safety Rules
• Supervision of maintenance contractors
• Quality control implementation
• Root cause analysis of faults

Duration of assignment (months): 24 months
