Rehabilitation of the High Institute of Comprehensive Careers building, Sabratha City, Libya

Contract Reference Number: RFQ/LBY/SLCRR/2018/001

Assignment: The high institute building requires rehabilitation mainly in the damaged two reinforced concrete columns, wall/structures elements plastering, broken windows with classes, doors broken, repainting the walls, all these provisions are indicated as detailed in the BOQ. The classrooms' doors need the repairing of the locks and some needs handles as well, so as some windows in the School as shown in pictures and BOQ. Below are the important and summary of the required rehabilitation works, for more detail refer to BOQ, the work shall include but not limited to the following:
A - Demolishing, Dismantling and Preparing
B - Concrete Works
C - Block Works
D - Plastering Works
E - Painting Works
F- Tiling and Marble Works
G - Doors, Windows, Metal Works, and Suspending Ceilings
H- Plumbing & Sanitary Works
J- Electrical Works.
