Description:

The general scope of the Contract comprises:

a. Carrying out the detailed design for facilities including pump station, district heating pipelines and district heating substation; Heating pipelines works.
b. Designing and constructing new buildings of 15x30m, 500-550 m3/hr and H=53m capacity pressure lifting pump station at the 1320m geodetic level next to Special Social Welfare Center at the Governor’s Office.
c. Assembly the new dn600 mm, 0.65 km dual district heating pipelines from the end of the existing dn400mm heat pipelines.
d. Assembly the new dn500 mm, 2.3 km dual district heating pipelines from the end of the new dn600mm heat pipelines.
e. Designing and constructing of 25 Gcal/hr and 16 Gcal/hr capacity two district heating substation at 1353m above mean sea level.
f. Modification of planned supply heat pipeline from the previous thermal power plant of Bayankhoshuu subcenter due to central district heating supply and design the new District heating substation.
g. Supplying of all goods of pump station, district heating pipelines and equipment of district heating substation, instrumentation and accessories including required number of minimum spare for 3 years operation and maintenance during defect liability periods.
h. Construction and installation works.
i. Contract completion, commissioning and providing construction verification documents and as-built drawings, and operation and maintenance manuals.
