The purpose is to maintain and support the existing Polycom video conferencing equipment installed at the General Secretariat of the Council (GSC).
Provision of such services include:
— proactive and reactive maintenance services (including upgrades and repair / replacement)
— provision of a Service Desk (3rd line support).
