Description: Provision of a team of professional, well organised, multilingual visit assistants to assist in welcoming and accompanying visiting groups to the Visitors' Centre and visitors to the new Information Centre and other Commission premises in Brussels, in addition to assisting Commission staff in specified tasks linked to the preparation and organisation of visits and regular public events.
In order to ensure that the estimated 70 000 visitors are welcomed professionally and accompanied courteously and efficiently throughout their visit experience, the successful Contractor will provide a team of multi-lingual staff experienced in hosting services, competent in the use of information technology with a high standard of conduct and reliability.
