Description: The general objective is to support the implementation of the Smart Specialisation Platform for Industrial Modernisation by setting up a technical assistance facility ("TA Facility") that will provide technical advisory services to investment projects developed within the Smart Specialisation Platform for Industrial Modernisation. Specifically, the aim is to help project promoters overcome obstacles on the path to the achievement of investment readiness and bankability of such projects, and thus to contribute to fostering public and private investments in the EU in industrial modernisation.
