Contract description: The firm will help support the TA's outcome: mechanism and policy framework to improve public- private Chishui River ecological investments strengthened. The subproject outcome will support the three outputs of the overall TA cluster. This subproject will contribute to (I) an enabling environment for ecological compensation by establishing a public-private financial mechanism to support implementation of eco-compensation project; (ii) integrate poverty targets into potential public-private projects; and (iii) share and disseminate knowledge on lessons and findings.
