Project Title: Famine Early Warning Systems Network (FEWS NET) 7

Contract description: To provide services for the Famine Early Warning Systems Network (FEWS NET) 7. The goal of FEWS NET 7 is to sustainably prevent food insecurity and famine. FEWS NET 7 is structured around four main pillars of activities:

Pillar 1: Emergency Food Insecurity Analysis

Pillar 2: Management of a FEWS NET Learning and Data Hub (restricted to Small Business set-aside)

Pillar 3: Analysis of the Dynamics of Food, Nutrition and Livelihood Security

Pillar 4: Technology and Innovation

This IDIQ contract is for the implementation of Pillars 1, 3, and 4 ("Unrestricted" IDIQ)

The place of performance is worldwide.

The FEWS NET 7 activity will achieve the following objectives:
● Deliver early warning on the location, cause(s) and magnitude of current and future food insecurity to the U.S. Government and partners;
● Improve the quality and timeliness of information and analysis useful for achieving sustainable food security; and
● Strengthen sustainable and innovative local, national, regional and international capabilities to understand and appropriately address current, recurrent and chronic food insecurity.

Duration: seven (7) years
